How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Part 1: If you want to increase the Level and Quality of Science Education in High Schools(India's future)then I would like to suggest you to involve Students of IISERs, IITs, NITs in this reform. Those Student are supposed to establish and run Labs there in "MODEL" HIGH SCHOOLS(avg 5 Per District).Student will get change to interact the real Scientist forever and get inspired by using Labs. You just need Rs.630 crores per year for the country in payment(Rs.70,000 p.m.) as monthly payment.

Most of the brain drain happening in Research & development field. We can stop the brain drain in R&D by establish world class facilities here.Government alone can establish these facilities. It can be through public& private partnership. Also as an incentive, 1.Give the products resulted from research and development activities conducted in India ,a tax free period of 10 Years(tax free is applicable only for sales in India) . 2.Give free but limit electricity and water for free

The only answer is strengthen our currency against dollar , thats the only way to stop brain drain . Now how to strengthen our currency? Encourage Swadeshi movement , if not all, atleast in food and medicine, we can easily buy Indian made products , strengthen the economy. Government should stop acting a mere agent of IMF or world bank, infact revisit the debts paid back to them and see if we have not paid same amount many times.

Fear and insecurity are impediments for productivity. Contractual jobs with clause of renewal are prevalent across the programmes of GOI and state governments. These jobs bring these two attributes in its basket. Many thousands of persons are suffering due to these attributes. Government must bring a policy to curb this trauma.

In order to stop brain drain, the first and the foremost thing that a government should do is to make a law regarding this and pass this in the parliament, that all the Indian citizens who have completed their education in India or want to go abroad for further studies need to first give their services to the nation (India) for four years after the completion of their courses. Then after they are free to move on, where ever they like. I think nation first, is the key aspect of this law.

Part-2 2 candidates to half- half salary per appoint kiya jana chahiye. Jisse dono log 15-15 din kaam kar ke 50% salary le sake aur apni padai ko aage persue kar sake. Isse unn sarkari seat pe manpower ki bhi kami dur ho jyegi aur unemployed candidate ko kuch din ka rogaar bhi mil jayega.

Part-1 I want to give a suggestion to Respected PM sir Jaisa ki hum sab jante hain aaj ka yuva rojgaar ke avsar ko lekar bahut chintit rehta hain. Uski needs to bahut kam hoti hain lekin woh apni padhai ko aage paise ki kami wajah se aage nahi pursue pata hain. Hum is baat ko bhi mehsus karte hain hain ki kai sarkari office me manpower ki kami hain. To respected Modi sir se humara yeh vinamra nivedan hain ki unn sarkari seats me ad-hoc vacancy nikali jaye jisme her seat pe

Dear Sir, The main reason of brain drain is working environment, Safety, Reservation and off-course good salary. Don't give subsidy in any thing, give good jobs, good salary and best free education to children till graduation. Then you see the changes.

Sir, We have to create a platform or a separate department under central govt. The department have to contact every Indian going outside/Abroad. People going outside should be safe & secure. Their is a Sanskrit Proverb " King is worship only inside state but talent worship in whole world"
