How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

INDIA NEEDS A NATIONAL DEFENCE UNIVERSITY India needs to think of establishing a national defence university to inspire the young minds to pursue to high tech world class research and development work in defence and help the nation to build its own indigenous defence capabilities thus enabling the nation to be self reliant in defence. The project can certainly attract cream of young talents and help the nation become a major defence supplier of the world and create a sense of nationalism .

Employment:  The real fact about employment in India is it doesn’t lag in employment in turn it lags in employability  The major reason is brain drain, Indian youths are flying abroad for jobs rather working in our country  Government should provide jobs for youngsters  Government should stop the suspension of workers in IT fields by the MNC’s  Government should bring rules for all private companies ,industries and NGO in giving salary to their labors

Every government institute seat should come with a bond similar to that in Medical education. If you have to break the bond, then one has to pay a huge penalty which will be used for education of two others. Better infrastructure will attract more people to India

IISER's BS-MS student should be pushed to teach in High Schools with greater salary (as a lab-scientist). He would suppose to estalblish and run the science labs(which are closed) in High Schools. This way H.S Students get in contact with IISER(scientists) student and IISER student will get a job. If salary = Rs.70,000 per month # teacher in one school = 3(P,C,B) # model high School in a district =5(avg) # distric in india = 640 Total cost in salary for 1 year = 806 crore(for INDIA)

Smart Cities–Smart cities should be developed along the new proposed rail freight corridor. All manufacturing hubs, educational hubs, research hubs, defence development hubs should be developed along the corridor. There should be road network from these smart cities to the national highways. This will facilitate sustainable organised growth and employment. Educational institutes should play a pivotal role in supplying continuous manpower; promote quality research and reskill the labour force.

One reason for brain drain for UR candidates is not getting govt jobs. With due respect to every category, I have a request to my PM to kindly consider it on the basis of actual economic condition of a candidate and not solely on what caste he/she is born in. When candidates like us(UR) don't get job, they are bound to arrange sum-mostly borrowing, and search for any XYZ job even though being 1st class graduates. With regards, Frustrated one of 65% of my country's population i.e Youth

The existing retirement age for those jobs/services which need healthy and actual working condition should be strictly up to 45 years .People are not capable to do job. On the other hand their youngest generation having higher education and capabilities are in frustration due to non availability of job.Hence Only such jobs which need experience ,should be of of retirement age 60 or more.
