How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

We must not fight shy of accepting that we on our own, in terms of the policies pursued and governance provided. We continued watching our own 'destruction' IN TERMS OF OUR BEST TALENT ABONDNING US, & WE SAT, SAT & SAT WITHOUT MOVING A FINGER.

Brain-drain is really an issue which should have agitated the sensitivities of us all. Since we attained our own feet in terms of politics and policies more than six decades ago, the brian-drain continued and continued unabated. The best of our brains drained to other countries NOT ONLY DUE TO LACK OF OPPORTUNITIES BUT ALSO BECAUSE OF 'INFECTIOUS DISEASE' OF DISCRIMATION UNLEASHED UNASHAMEDLY IN OUR SYSTEM OF GOVERNANCE. LET US REVERSE THIS TREND & WATCH THE REVERSE HAPPENING.

India as a Nation has suffered a huge loss since its talent left it looking for greener pastures abroad. People leaving India forgot that the country of their birth, India, is the only spot on the world horizon which is rich in what THE MOTHER NATURE HAS BESTOWED ON IT. EVEN NOW, THESE 'INDIANS BY BIRTH' WOULD DO WELL TO UNDERSTAND THIS.

Dear PM Jai Hind! Suggestions:- (a) In our country very large number of young students exhibit creative talent regularly. Our sytem of education and unbriddled inflation does not let such talent come good. (b) Nespapers sometimes higlight an innovation by the young. It gets overlooked by the end of the day! (c) It should be possible for local political leader/ head of the institute to promote such initiative! (d) 'Solar Powered Aeroplane' is possible thru IIT Kanpur&ITI Panchkula students!

In some Govt Research organisation, every year min 200 fresh Graduate Engineers are recruited in Training . Huge manpower exists in dept . Employees’ donot have adequate work. Min 2 hrs of time is spent in canteens. Graduate engineers join organization & gets frustrated due inadequate & irrelevant work & resigns. There is need to reduce yearly intake of Graduate engineers in Training by 50 % & prevent misuse of public money & national talent.
