The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

Dear Sir, I think if you have to focus on one sector as a matter of urgency, it is the law and order situation in the country. The major reason why the country is not developing is because there are just too many people who have no fear of the law, and corruption is a part of this problem. If strict laws are implemented, severe punishment meted out in proper time for law breakers and bring in accountability for public sector jobs, there is nothing which we cannot achieve.

A state/ central government school, hospital and a department / office can be attached to IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore and they can give practical suggestions regarding their needs and receive the benefits of the innovations taking place at the two great institutes, which if proven cost effective and plausible can be replicated elsewhere.

Hindustan is going to change in next 5 years. If our beloved PM keeps working like this and take decisions of 21st century . Two of them has been already taken . Ist is inviting NRI to their homeland and 2nd is swatch bharat project. Govt. cn introduce new rules for maintaining cleaness on roads by fining those who spread waste and water on the roads and incrochment . By making investment in infrastructure in village economy . Agri industry can be a very positive step in this direction. thanks
