The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

I think nano tech should be used mainly for defense and medical treatment/diagnosis. It can also work wonder for wireless devices like mobile and laptop.

I take cue from recent Burdwan bomb explosion case. If every domestic and industrial electricity meter reading tool and all kinds of telephones will be equipped with 'Sensory Signalling Device with Nano Technology' that will automatically sense, detect and pass immediate signals if any indoor or outdoor terror threat, hidden elements, adulteration, illegal activities etc. found. This kind of sensory device can protect our Indian societies from evil hands and serious anti-social activities.

Please Start Short term course for Chip Fabrication. and government can setup a Chip fabrication Industry. Nano technology can lead us for an agriculture revolution. Please make a central government project together with two institutions for an agriculture development. we need both industrialization and agriculture at same time. Nano technology can be implement in Agriculture field , our day-to-day life activities like water purification , medical applications , in civil engineering field and nano proceessors use in mobiles and energy development.

Nano technology can be implement to the mobile technology.And also concentrate on Spintronics technology. Nano technology can be implement in agriculture field and medical applications and day-to-day life for drinking water purification and energy applications.

Nano technology facility at IIT BOMBAY AND AT IISC BANGALORE can use to develop the Nano Devices in place of microelectronic devices.Develop the Nano Processors in place of micro processors.Nano technology can be used to manufacture the home appliances and also implement the nano technology to all the possible sectors.

Is fastest growing industry . every one want thous things which can be handeled easily .Nano Tech fulfill these conditions .by this we can make easy function able things of small sizes. Nano- tech has wide working area . it could be used every where . every field required the Nano- tech.
