The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

I think goverment should start a small workshop of all the companies who are working on Nanotechnology field because of this students will be able to work on real time projects. In addition to that every year some students of other engineering colleges of India should also get a chance to work on this project or to learn more about Nano Technology. Nano Technology should be added as a compulsory subject in Engineering Stream and online lectures of that subject should be provided on Radio & FM.

can government change the term Housewife with Nation-maker for women. As housewife do a great job in managing and developing pivot role for future of India by working for smallest element of society 'FAMILY'. this is our duty to give right word to their position in country. their job can not be underestimated by saying her housewife. They are nation-makers who are actually building nation by giving her entire life to others to grow and work. Salute to all housewives.

Sir,Pension Scheme For Sr.Citizens was launched by you on 15/08/2014 through LIC of India. But people investing under this scheme gets interest @9% per annum. But on investment he has to pay service tax @3.09% with LIC. But if the same Sr,citizen make an Fixed Deposit with a Bank for 8 yrs with Axis Bank he gets interest rate of 9.70% and no service tax is charged. Thus a Sr.Citizen is at great loss by investing in Pension Scheme of LIC where he not only loses on interest but pays Ser.Tax also

These institutes can give opportunities to the other college students (under-graduate and post-graduate, etc.) during their semester halts. To select the best few among them for these sessions, the face-to-face interviews can be conducted. One’s own ideas can be grasped only from those interviews and not from written tests. This will surely have a good practical impact.

Govt may plan for provisioning of toilets to every houses in villages . This may protect rural women from anti social elements. It may be a step for upliftment of poor villagers in their living standards

Every time a ceasefire violation is done at LOC or IB, both side blames each other that who initiated the firing. Can our IIT guys develop some device/instrument that can detect from sound intensity or by any other way the firing is started and then get it approved and tested by security forces. And then install these devices at sensitive areas where maximum cases of ceasefire violation are made. This is just a suggestion. Thanks Shobhit

1. Meritorious Students must be invited from all Over India, also NRIs. 2. It must be advertised in all technical universities & events can be organised to select the best students from every Indian Corner. 3. Internet can be used in this context, so that everyone can be connected by this way(truth is 30% pursuing engineers do not know whether there is a professional course or training program for Nanotechnology. 4. A survey can be done online to know the interest of students in this field.

TECHNOLOGY IS ONLY USEFUL IF IT IS APPLIED PRACTICALLY IN FIELD AND NOT JUST LIES IN 2 LABS OF TOP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES OF THE COUNTRY WHERE COMMON MAN DOES'NT HAVE ANY ACCESS. WE ARE JUST WASTING OUR TIME DISCUSSING ON THIS.
