Primary and higher secondary education: The most of state government are recruiting teachers only at local level on marks basis, where the lakhs of teachers are being recruited on the basis of forged certificates. These Teachers are ineffective and inefficient. The way the govt. is running the primary and higher secondary education will prove just a literacy programme and nothing else. To put efficient & experienced manpower the govt should encourage early age VRS of willing Central Govt Servant

Digital India should not be limited to issue of ADHAR, Voter Id,connect with Bank A/C,Driving Liscence but also a proper link with the citizen.Unless all citizen are connected in a network & they can be punished for violation of rules of the land & rewarded for creativity or contribution for society, the real digital India can not function. Here all women after marriage should be recorded digitally to control domestic violence. All rule breakers should be isolated from government facility.

Today majority of people do good things like Swachh Bharat only for publicity as an end result. Hence i suggest some kind of membership or e-acknowledgment which people can share to other. This will be a best idea to bring in more people into ground. I strong trust India can be far clean country if every Indian spend 1 hour on a monthly basis to clean their surrounding. Government should support to make this happen and giving a acknowledgement to people who really deserve should be appreciated.

Kejriwal speaks like a union leader which attracts the lower & middle class people. Recently he has given up cheap popularity stunt, personal comment & project himself in a new avtar. No senior eadership in BJP helps him to play his game very smartly. Where BJP should have used the issue of his quitting from CM in 49 days, he is utilizing it in this election (learnt from Modi ji to use own weakness as strength). Poor strategy of BJP & counter attack on Kejriwal helped him in Delhi election.

After Kejriwal's defeat in Varanasi, he is following the same election strategy which Modi ji had done across India, but he is doing it in Kejriwal style. While BJP has learnt nothing from it. This is not the time of only self evaluation but this is also a time to learn something from Kejriwal. Everybody knows he is not honest but still he is promising to fight with corruption and reduce electricity rate in the state. BJP is the least corrupt party in India but fail to do so. it attracts people.
