Revenue for any kind of sport venue can only be generated by arranging interesting sports there. Games such as T20 matches would be a great option to generate revenues. Instead of investing huge amount of money in foreign players in IPL, govt. should give a chance to players from villages who have a lot of talent but don't have a proper platform. T20 matches should be given priority in domestic matches like Ranji trophy, in which state teams should compete without any foreign players.

Sports in village - football, tennis, basketball need only space and little money. Kids in village has much more time than urban kids. Each govt school in village should have facility of few min sports and district collector should look for option to provide coaching once in a month minimum. This is achievable. I would love to see PM and sports ministry taking initiative in this direction to support Sports in india. Sport ministry should publish what is their plan to imp sport facility in india
