Develop it into a sports complex like the baseball stadiums in US are. There can be lifestyle shopping retail outlets as well as food and beverage booths. Develop it into a mall cum stadium.

1. Allow private sector companies, schools and other institutions to hold exhibitions. 2. Advertise that people can book stadium for big functions at lower costs. (eg. marriage purpose) 3. Allow even local level sports competition to be organised in it. Revenue can be generated only when Stadium is used more for different purposes like the ones mentioned above.

We should tie with multinational company who are manufacturing sports goods. They will adopt some training centre, so it will help to generate revenue.

At the central level motivate the high profile players to earn the revenue by their shows/matches for children in various stadia under govt of India and States Govt. There should be a fix date for the particular player to show his caliber in that particular stadium. Children should be given cheaper tickets. On other hand higher rates should be fixed for foreigners and others. This programme should be telecast at Private TV channel and that channel. High publicity should be given like TV Kabbadi
