Have government ever thought that why our players don't win medals in olympic ? I have a suggestion regarding that. We can choose 20 players from all over India for each individual game and give them the best facilities and train them according to the game. Whoever performance is good will be continued to get the facilities otherwise we can replace them by another player. Thus we can bring competition among the players to get selected in that 20 players and can improve their standard.

India is the second largest populated country in the world and more than 60% population live in villages. so we should start from village. So at two or three or more villages coach may be deployed for different games. participants will be recruited at school level competition. these. participants should trained continously and all expenditure of participants, coaches and facilities for games should be arranged by government. this is the method by which we can have great player in huge number.
