But a common man is still clueless on what to expect and how would it affect his own life, and how soon would he be able to witness the role of these developments in his life. Sir,Please do not succumb to the reservation demand by anyone by reason only of VOTE BANK. The MERITS OF INDIA have long been suffering from CASTE BASED RESERVATION. The QUALITY OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION has considerably deteriorated. SC/ST/OBC employees do not work because either they don"t possess the requisite knowledge or they demand bribes for simple public work. This is A GROUND REALITY SIR, ACCEPT IT OR NOT.
