1. Please allow companies to contribute deposits to banks which can be used as security by banks to provide educational loans to students. The deposit may be treated as Corporate Social Responsibility spent as per Companies Act.This will greatly increase access to education for needy & poor.
2. Please encourage farmers’ marketing co-operative societies by providing subsidies. This will help farmers to access latest technologies, reduce costs and better negotiate prices for their products.

SH. NARENDER MODI JI,
The Hon'ble Prime Minister of India.
Sir,
Supreme Court on 16 October 2016, declared that the NJAC is unconstitutional and assures to be receptive for steps to ensure transparency in colleguim system for appointment in higher judiciary. Its a cruel joke with people of India. The judiciary has always been most no-transparent institutions and adamant to be so even in digital age.
Have look on documents annexed herewith
In this MAN KI BAAT please raise the issue

Whatever is taught in colleges are out dated and not used in real world
All the colleges should tie up with companies and get know what is current or future requirement and based on that colleges should prepare syllabus and give 80 % practical knowledge and 20% theories knowledge.
Even if small colleges and schools do that then India and Indians will developer skills that are valued and implemented
