hello Sir, I'd like 2 talk about a slightly different issue which deals with most of us-Customer service in telecom sector. In absence of strict laws safeguarding customers' interest, operators r taking customers for a ride.I m Airtel subscriber(B'lore) & m facing extreme network & 3g issues at my home.Raised this with airtel more than a month ago but yet 2b resolved. When caled 2 check status, bluntly told by CCare exec 2 port out if unhappy. Can an operator treat its customer like this & get away?

Dear PM Sir, I think proper trash deposit in any public place by us would help the city to be cleaner. I would suggest roads and public places should have adequate trash cans, and may be for the first few years people need to be trained for using the trash can and not throwing things anywhere. For this I think some volunteers should be involved to strictly make everyone throw the trash in proper place.I am from Haldia, WB and I would like to see my city and country much cleaner. Thanks.
