In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

Honorable Narendra Bhai, my MKB#8_A is regarding the safety on the roads. About couple of decades back there used to be good number of speed breakers on Indian roads. Following some decision of Supreme Court of India, large number of speed breakers in India were done away with. In that decision, SCI advised to remove those speed breakers which were not in accordance with the International Standards. (contd. on MKB#8_B).

Honorable Narendra Bhai, my MKB# 7 is regarding the safety of pedestrians crossing the roads in cities. There are Zebra Crossings for crossing the road, but drivers do not reduce the speed of vehicles on Zebra crossings. I therefore request you to fix every Zebra crossing in India with speed breakers on its both sides.

Honorable Narendra Bhai, (MKB#6, Re: Safety of pedestrians walking over a bridge) Every bridge should be equipped with footpath on both sides of bridge-road. In the absence of footpath, a pedestrian walking over the bridge can get sandwiched (and crushed) between ramming vehicle and railing of bridge. Also, footpath should be at least two feet elevated from the road. Doing so, we effectively prevent a vehicle from crashing on to railing of bridge and eventually falling into a river.

Honorable Narendra Bhai, my MKB#5 is regarding the safety of pedestrians in towns. In a typical town there are no footpaths for pedestrians. Pedestrians walk on the side strips of roads. But when cattle come from front, pedestrian has to move from side strip to main road as cattle prefer to walk on side strips of road. But walking on main road is risky for pedestrians as they are now dangerously exposed to speeding vehicles. Please do something to provide safety for pedestrians in towns.

Hi, Management, Admin is not serious about entries submitted in creative section and working as its own way. We are working hard and giving our precious time and we found ‘Admin’ very less responsive or either they don't have time to check entries. The horrible part is that they don't care about our time and work. If this thing continued people will be less in participation and it is started showing, so please do something-Jai Hind
