Bio degrable material like jute and paper bags to be used instead of plastic.
Collection centre for disposable plastic bottles should be made available in easy reach so that people are motivated not to through away plastic waste.
Heavy penalty to be implemented for people who through waste indiscriminately.

1. Start using biodegradable plastic bags. So that no need to worry about environmental pollution. Biodegradable plastic can be used in all the industries where non-degradable plastic is being used.
2. Start imposing heavy penalties over non-degradable plastic stuff and stop the production of non-degradable plastic.
3. Recycle non-degradable plastic stuff.
4. Non-degradable plastic which can not be recycled, can be converted into by-products like Gas, Oil & lubricant kind of substance.

Please give small jute bags to all purchaser and even cloth bags cb be given. This should be given at nominal price and with advertisement of big companies. The spending behind this should be considered as CSR because this will be contribution towards noble cause to improve the environment.

Polyethylene bag supplied by shopkeeper should be chargeable.Hence, people will think or plan to bring alternative carry bag to save cost on carry bag every time.Every citizen should stitch bags by tailor out of his old pants,so that old pants will be converted to good bags to carry anythings and thereby use of polyethylene will be reduced.
