Make small scale industries for making bass paper bags, innovate it as a carrying capacity , innovate the looks of carry bags made of bass paper. Jute bag is also good option. Make them good looking by art work , design and comfortable to use.jute bags are also reliable and long lasting

India should go back to the old method of using jute bags. Govt should promote jute farming and ban all plastic packaging, not only polythene. Jute is organic and non hazardous.

Simple, make cloth bags available at each and every shop. It will also help in cleaning as it can be used as a rag later on.

Use of plastic carrybags not stop till its production is running .If we not get it market then we leave its use. Also use of disposal glass, waterbottle, coldring bottles and like this type of used things continue up to theirs product not bane by govt. once manufacturing bane automatically users prepared themselves alternative product like paper bags or clothe carry bags.

Everyone knows plastic is injurious to environment,in which way its bad? Reason is it does not get degrade.banning of plastic in not a easy thing.why cant we find an alternative? My solution to this problem is usage of bio degradable plastic bags.It will get degrade in 110 days and turn into a manure for plants. We are using that in our home for past 6 years.govt of India cant initiate it and ban non degradable plastic bags.

On this matter, Govt’s intention are not clear even. Govt can ban all factories manufacturing plastic carry bags and plan for employment of these factory workers. Only plastic bags more than 20Kg capacity should be manufactured for dustbins. Before plastic bags, peoples were used to bring cloth bags in markets but due to plastic carry bags peoples left this habit. Technology should be developed to produce low cost high quality jute bags. Cold drinks, biscuits etc packing should be paper based.

Sir banning of polythin is not only the solution if we hv to remove all garbage from mind and from city first of all we hv to aware people through campaign tell how harmful is this what consequences it has and what was it's alternative then govt take a big step by putting clean garbage box everywhere & also use pick up truck who can collect that garbage in 3 or 4 days then make recycle plant who can separate this waste and use it for makin g electricty, biodegradable manure and road...

you have decided to fine people carrying plastic bags.. for this you need to find those people around streets. better idea is find and fine those people, who are littering around the city by throwing thrash on streets.
