There should be speical link to the registration department of the states to the Document writers. So they can directly upload the details of the sale deed whatever it may be . ater entering the details they print the documents on the stamp paper. It will given time for the cross checking to computer officials . Once the authentication is over by the C.O as usual we can proceed the registration. It would avoid the miss recording in the system. One time feeding option.

My recommendation is to Not "Ban #Plastic CarryBags etc in #Chandigarh but has proper disposal and Segregation of such items and penalize the offenders who don't follow the same. Technology based solutions are available and viable for recycling all these products. #MyGov should #thinkBeyondBans and act on actionable results. I'm personally involved in one such solution and soon are launching the same in Punjab (project has been submitted for approval with #PEDA who has now forwarded it to #MNRE

There should be nation wide drive of all manufacturing of plastic bags to be stopped at within the time frame of 6 months. We must take census on the manufacturing units. We must give them the compensation for it. And we equip them to produce such thin cotton cloth carry bags. So it improve rural employment for the cotton farmers and khadi workers too. We must give stipend for making new bags to mfs. This compensation and stipend will not more than cost to decaying plastic bags. Try cut the root

The Below said SPN A?C all the nominees should be adhaar card linked bank a/c holders. And the same bank a/c details should be given in the SPN a/c. In Life , vehicle, insurance there is talk that big scandal and it is running as a business. so to contain such fraud we must give every male and female who are major should be given such account and give them to choose their nominee list as per their wish.

No plastic item should be banned particularly plastic bags.First reasons is there is no permanent solution to it as paper should be recycled to make paper as we cannot offered to cut tree. Secondly in long run we will not be able to grow jute at the cost of grain.Actually we need to develop a effective collection disposal and recycling of plastic. Our future is in use of plastic as it is creation of one of by product of fossil fuel and cheap.

We must create a special nominee account to every major citizen. It means any death occurs to any individual by accident, natural disaster or any form of death. The SPN a/c will the benefit the nominee by default. It should have following features. Proportionately the nominating options should be given. The first nominee wife 2. kids, 3.parents or inlaws, 4.trust or government. The order is for priority of the beneficiary. If 1 also died 2 will be , if 3 also .,,,,.

Eco friendly country तब ही होगा जब हम्सब जागरूक होंगे,
paperless work bank मे लागू हो सकता है कुछ काम के लिये,
account open के लिये बैंक adhar number लिन्क करे और हर बैंक मे thumb scaner हो,
Jab thumb verify ho phir har chij आधार से मिल जाएगा
और document के लिये पेपर use nahi करना padega

The simplest way is to just ban the manufacuturing of plastic bags with immediate effect, rather than banning use of it, impose high financial penalties along with 1 month imprisionment whosoever manufacture plastic bags
