First of all there is an urgent need for creating an alternate substitute for plastic bags..although jute bags are there but it is too costly and hampering ban on plastic...And plastic manufacturing companies to be discouraged for production of plasyics also

There are two different aspects. One is plastic packaging, without which food, medicine and some other industries would be thrown into impractical situation.
Second is plastic carry bags that are used by almost every retailer / seller. This can be totally stopped by replacing with recyclable material.
Jute is excellent replacement, with the finer and lighter fabric developed. It is tough, washable and bio-degradable material.
Plastic cups and plates can be totally replaced by paper/aluminum.

It is not completely possible to ban plastic carry bags one important thing is to create awareness among people by giving advertisments of adverse effect of polythene and impact on beauty of our country.
Second main thing people using plastic bottles or polythin can get cash on return back to these polyhene bags to any shopkeeper they will get cash according to weight or will get discount on product purchase.
Third thing if they don't undetstand both method then penalty should be there.

Why not we can introduce a carrier for waste in cars and other vehicles like air crafts
So..that we can segregate the waste after stopping our vehicles at some designated places. This may also help us to make manure as natural fertilizer

This is really ruthless, what localites of each cities are doing. Every shop provides plastic carry bag. And plastic water bottles are thrown in each heritage and religious places.Don’t v know that these plastics stuff will never leave earth?
So first thing need to do is, Shopkeeper should ask customer to bring their own bags.
Other option for plastic bottles, I saw in germany, They charge extra for plastic bottle and once you return empty plastic bottle, you will get discount. Same procedure
