We can control this misutilisation by inserting one agency (comprising of engineers, CA, Cost accountants, MBAs, etc) which will check at each stage of implementation of the project rational of amount expended by contractors and payment to be made by govt against that work completion. All the checking will be done on the basis of pre finalised specifications and standard of materials, quantity, quality etc. So that there will remain list scope for misrepresentation of facts and dispute

2/2..There is a lot of mismanagement and misutilisation of govt funds by various implementing agencies. for example if a person make any building or road for his own use then it has a life of say 50 years or more, while if the same thing happen with govt building or road made by a contractor then we know that expenditure incurred will be five times more but its life will be five times less. again and again govt float tenders for the same work. many work do not get done but amount released.

I have a very good idea to improve operational efficiency of expenditure. As per my knowledge Generally in public expenditure there is no scale for sanctioning of expenditure for any work like per sq. fit of construction of any building or per KM of road etc. and if it is there then it is v high. I suggest govt should make strict guidelines for all such expend. like material specifications, timely completion, availability of funds to complete the project, and audit before release of funds.

A true fact of our nation.. Petrol around 70 now in petrol pump locared in cities..is there any one to think wat is the cindition in rural areas who dnt have a petrol pump in a radius of 5 km..last night i got stuck in such a village and the ckst is 120..itz ok we are unable to open petrol pump there but govt mush have atleast its own workers supplying those..after all people from rural area are also a part of our country..

Sir we should check the need n requirement of the department or departments out of n nos of departments.there are many departments which are just burden to our nations and even increases the corruption n by that peoples doing n thinking negatively due unnecessary harrasment also effect which result in nation's loss in Manny manners. As the same flows generation to generation. And pls make all the possibility to bring output at the best by will or by fear of law n for public responsibilities.
