1st priority. Think as a whole & not isolated from.....Parents,Economic conditions & according to the needs of Society in which child lives,Delicate/Strong nature of society------Child born to weaker section is stronger than from so called high society parents.....and mostly non cesarean.So just talking about malnutrition etc. creates panic. So consider relevance of medicine or diet according to child's social setup. Remove as much medicine as possible as its excess is itself a pollution.
