First and foremost , time of meals should be fixed inall schools in the country. Most of the schools have a lunch break after 10 , which is extremely unhealthy for children
, most of whom leave home early without eating a breakfast. Secondly, 15 minutes daily in the morning should be spent on physical excercise. Thirdly, running a few metres in the morning energises the body n stimulates the mind. Fourthly, concentration through chanting or yoga should be taught.

Kindly consider setting aside at-least 10 minutes on daily basis, from the schedule of the Teachers and Students, to experience meditation or mindfulness. Namaste! http://eocinstitute.org/meditation/meditation-and-teachers-benefits-for-educators-and-students/

We should make students Swatchtha ambassador so that they encourage their families to use toilets. Unless concerted effort is made, the crores on building toilets will go waste like Nirmal Bharat scheme of UPA.
