My suggestion to improve the traffic pattern in lucknow as well as whole UP. Electric supply should be more than 20 hours a day in all cities and also in the villages as well. Solar plants should be set up if thermal generated power is in shortage.

Creation/repairing of drains in all the colonies with proper rain water draining
systems. This will help in avoiding water logging and thus increasing the life of roads

No place for political rallies within city limits. All the political rallies should be held at locations on By-Pass roads so that the city does not get disturbed by it.

strict law enforcement for parking space;waste disposal;land encroachment on roads, public space and markets by commercial and residential units should be ensured.Waste of public money on construction and later again breaking of these public pathways, road, structures within a short period of time shows lack of planning & foresight and utter negligence on the part of civil administration.

There should be a dust bins in all public places in Lucknow and it should also be made compulsory to have one in all fast food corners and open air restaurants, it will help to clean Lucknow. This cannot be achieved by awareness only but strict rule and punishment provision should be, and non follower should not be allowed to use any public, govt facility and subsidy.
