Lucknow is a heritage city and was well known as a city of ‘Tehzib’ and hospitality globally, however in last few years Lucknow has lost its popularity and dignity. The major cause of this is that most of the educated and cultured people are moving out of Lucknow and relocating to more advanced cities in conjunction people from suburbs and adjoining cities have started moving in Lucknow. We need to create jobs in Lucknow to make it Smart.

A park should be developed in nearby area of gaughat pumping station. Illegal construction and encroachment on nagariya nala flowing from hardoi road to sajjadbagh via mallahi tola should be removed and scheme for it's beautification must be launched. Slum area tone developed in mallahi tola , daulatganj etc. And subsidized loan facility to be provided to poor and medium class residents of these areas. Solar lamps and gobar gas plants to be installed.

It's very alarming for us that Lucknow is most air polluted city after Delhi. So my suggestion is that in all Govt. Offices cycle should be compulsory to use all employees when they will come to their office those residences are in reachable limit and some incentive should be given to follow this rule.
Beautification of Gomti ghat should be done.
Traffic problems should be solved.
Plantation should be done on each side of the road.
Heritage buildings, tourist places, monuments

Education sector: Since we youth are reservoir of innovative ideas, government can indulge in informative discussions on various topics ranging from environment, tourism, agriculture, social service and many more with students. It can be initiated along with the regular group discussions and activities which are part of academic curriculum keeping a record of best ideas and implementing them.

My suggestion to improve the traffic pattern in lucknow as well as whole UP. Electric supply should be more than 20 hours a day in all cities and also in the villages as well. Solar plants should be set up if thermal generated power is in shortage.
