Under Smart City Mission Stage 2 challenge, the Administration of Smart Udaipur has received overwhelming response from its citizen in smart city suggestions and ideas.

As part of citizen engagement & consultation process (for preparation of Smart City Proposal) Udaipur Administration organized a wide range of activities - e.g. Ward consultation camps, focus group discussions, Field Visits, Stakeholders Consultation, essay/painting competition, slogan competition, rangoli competition, submission of vision forms, social media (Facebook and Twitter) based activities etc. to ensure that every citizen (encompassing all age groups and sections of society) must participate in Smart City Proposal making exercise.

On the basis of lacs (both offline and online) of suggestions received from citizens of Udaipur , the Udaipur Administration in co-operation with its consultants has prepared a Draft Smart City Proposal document for the City which encompasses different aspirations and dreams to be realized for the lake city. This draft documents needs people accent to make it to the final Smart City Proposal.

So, we invite all citizens of Udaipur to participate in this review process where they can give their opinion about these documents to make it the best Smart City Proposal.

For all propose only one id is use no other id is valid . For private vehicle/auto rickshaw charge should be taken by electronic devices so that extra charge should be avoided.

Broader roads with green belt • Rain water recycling unit to maintain underground water label Earthquake resistance buildings. Proper Law nd order should be maintained. City bus facility should be improved.

we can accommodate the government employees into the same building in which they work during office timings.This will automatically reduce the use of cars and other transport means. By merging the office and accommodation at the same place will help us to reduce the cost of energy and time hence pollution

Free door to door medical checkup should done once in years. All the information/scheme should be online no information should be hide so customer and citizens are well educated about their right and responsibility.

Toll free number should be given by nigam so. That citizens should take every kind of information at their place. With the help of smart card- tariff chalan paid by rider of vehicles should be paid at Bank only no amount should be deposit to traffic police.

one way traffic should be implemented to move vehicle and public smoothly,parking area should be identified as per done in old area, strictly one way to be implemented all hoarding should be digital, all divider should be well decorated and breaking of traffic rules ticketing systems should be implemented
