Sir It is seen that the employees, whether government or private sector, mostly middle class are bound to pay income tax, as they get their salary on paper. But I have seen most of the businessman, not giving proper bill and not paying income tax. This is causing injustice with the fair tax payers. Even in my opinion, if fair system of tax collection is adopted, middle class may get 100% income tax rebate. As the employees are getting salary, and its not an profit or income, but paying tax.

I wish to suggest that, the employees who lives within 2 km of ariel distance of their office should not be allowed to use fuel dependent vehicles to reach their offices. We can have exemptions to this on health and various grounds which should be looked after by a dedicated committee in every offices and until and unless a person is allowed by the committee to use a fuel dependent vehicle, it should be mandatory to all. This should be done in both public and private sector.

I think like cell phone every electric meter should be sim protected in prepaid mode which means everyone have to pay electricity recharge like mobile . it turns everyone to save electricity. And also the problem of large amount of pending bills will removed automatically . Although there are many government organizations & Department not pays their bill properly. So that's the solution. :)

We in our society of 51 houses We started segregating dry/wet waste separate Hv dug three pits of 2x2x1.5 mtr each First pit will be be filled with daily generated wet waste. Second will be used when first is full Third is utilized for polythene bags emptied during dumping of wet waste. It will have dry waste like plastic polythene,food tins , gatta boxes all of which will be deposed off for recycling . Wet waste will be digested by good bacteria and turn to very useful compost in two months
