Solar Power Plant and Biogas Plant should be the integrated part of "Sansad Aadarsh Gram Yozna". Solar Power for street lights and Biogas for kitchens. Biogas Plants can be run by Gram Panchayat or some Co-operative Society on "No-Profit No-Loss" basis. Waste material can be collected from the people (country men) on chargeable basis so that they would be encouraged to dispose off their waste only in the specified centers.

Like Indian railways and highways, India also requires Indian sea or water way. Indian cities along the coast could be connected by sea. This will remove too much dependency of acquiring land for connecting cities and destruction of farm and forest land for transport. This sector can provide cost effective transport and good job opportunities.

The service tax on lic immediate annuity schemes should be reduced or removed. These schemes are used by senior citizens and they cannot afford to pay so much service tax. The schemes will get good response if service tax is reduced or removed.

The excise duty of crude oil should be fixed amount instead of percentage of international price. This will guard the government from fluctuations of crude oil prices. This will enable better planning and save from the perception that the government is increasing excise duty when the prices are falling.

Sir PM, kindly ensure that an important message be sent out that no IPP ( independent power producers ) should be subjected to paying any performance guarantee and also free to choose any technology on solar, wind, hydel or bio-mass as long they all conform to the regulatory guidelines.

GOI must take seriously: One friend proposes of a innovation producing free power and automobiles that run without any oil. By the logic, I felt it is possible. Earlier his prototype was destroyed by some goons, he claims. If this is possible, India can change the entire global dynamics. Its worth giving a chance to listen to this person, his ideas and help him.

Use of electrical Geyser for hot water needs to be discouraged. This is very inefficient operation. Electrical power is generated with 35 % efficiency. Further inefficiency is applicable for geyser. Total efficiency will be hardly 25 % in getting warm water. Hot water by solar heating needs to be promoted.(Swyamsevak)

In Govt Dept BARC Mumbai, electrical power is used ruthlessly. Reduction of number of AC in Offices / Audit on no of AC units in offices is required. Employees need to be encouraged to save electrical energy. Employees should use electrical power, the way we use in our home. Electrical Sub meters needs to be installed in sub- offices. (Swyamsevak)
