Education is a fundamental right and yet the rich send their children to schools charging hefty fees ...I propose that all educational institutions which charge a fees for degree courses above 10 lac per annum should pay taxes @ 50% of their profits

To further strengthen the working class ...all employees of companies should be given extra incentive for healthcare and childrens education...Hence employees of companies with salary upto 12 lacs should get 20% tax deduction if money is spent on healthcare or on childrens education

Modiji's vision of Make in India should be strengthed by supporting import substitution like in defence sector and encouraging export (like in China)...hence a straight saving should be given to companies who are exporting goods made in India with a minimum local content of 75% ...Nowdays a lot of export specially in gems and Jewellery has a very low value addition that is the rough diamond is imported and only polishing takes place in India...

5. The cost of Commercial vehicles should be reduced as all the essential commodities are impacted by transport cost...Hence on Commercial Vehicles Excise should be at par with tractors...This will increase supply in the transport business and create competition

4. Homes is a basic need for every individual ...yet it is becoming unaffordable...I feel that for properties purchased above 1 Cr a simple 5% should be paid extra as a tax to the government as only the ricjh can afford land and houses above 1 Cr ..It is a small additional tax but will shore up revenues drastically

3. Public transport in India is very poor at present and so Excise duty of two wheelers should be reduced and on cars less than 1000 cc excise should be also reduced ....Cars above 1000 cc excise duty should be increased by 50%...This would mean that more fuel efficient cars would be on our roads and also every person can afford a transport...The rich who can buy luxury cars jolly well pay up for their indulgence

2. To engage the entire diaspora (Men and women) in nation building we should give tax incentives to women earning income upto Rs 10 lacs provided they are working in companies or have a income from their personal efforts (Not as a Director of a company) which is generally a way of transferring income into the wifes name who is actually a housewife. The women who are in jobs/proffession should get complete exemption upto 10 lacs

Recently BJP is being viewed as a pro elite government which is not true and so I propose several points for the historic budget on 28/2/2015. I am a member of BJP and a great believer in PM Modiji...The best PM India has ever had
