Block/ mandal development officers must be made accountable for eloimination of manual scavenger. they are to be provided with alternative emploment. Pl put Swatch Bharat board in every state and entrust the rehabilitation of scavengers to it and every Ms.L.A and Ms.P be directed to divert their LADS funds to this state level board. Like RTI act institutions in every state, You appoint board of 10 people with similar powers and you can see the results in 2/3 years, Respected Prime Minister.

The below pictures were taken on 3rd Oct '14 in front of a Temple opp B-63 Lajpat Nagar 1, New Delhi. The matter was also reported to the SHO Lajpat Nagar PS, Mr. Ramesh Kakkar but no action taken. Is this the after come of Swachch Bharat Abhiyan....

ngo's which has proved itself must be encouraged to take care of these people.......implement existing policies.........government at higher level should take care of them personally and give strict punishments if malpractices are happening

as we know that India is facing problem in reservation . it has been implemented but very difficult to withdraw. simple way out is to have PROPORTIONAL reservation on the BASIS OF POPULATION. this should be left to state. every state has different ratio of population, they should maintain there proportion based on there every year census and keep updating . this will help every one. even reserved and also non reserved category. in fact it LOOKS LIKE REMOVAL OF RESERVATION.

Place a separate donation box beside the donation box of temple’s or church’s or any other religious place, in which the funds can be collected only for development works. uses: Lot more money / fund can be collected without any request from people. Now everyone will have right intention for donation of money in temple. Even youth will go to temple when comes into action. Increase in the cultural view of every person. Urban people will also visit temple. no wastage of money,

Why not We can make a law mandating every household to throw the garbage only in the specified garbage dump area. If there will be punishment for throwing the packates & garbage here & there, those who are liable for its generation, has to go himself to the nearest garbage dump area and can throw it only there. By this way, very soon we will see the clean india and also the manual scavengers will also get rehabilitated as no one will like to pay penalty & police ka chakkar.

sir, here's a suggestion for creating JOBS opprotunities for more than 50% population of india..you must know that being a GENERAL CATEGORY person, I am NOT ELIGIBLE for 50%JOBS in my OWN COUNTRY today..they talk of Equality,is this?...So if you will END CASTE BASED reservation & start giving "reservation based on ECONOMIC CONDITION".It will increase 50%JOB OPPROTUNITIES for 50%INDIANS like me without deprivingTHE NEEDY ONE'S(all category) & improve their social status & SKILLS too.With THANKS!!
