In continuation to my earlier post. The name of safaiwala etc need to be changed. Something like environmentalist etc. , a new name may be adopted for so called safaiwala. Second, Govt. has to take undertaking, with such household who want to convert their toilet that temporary toilets will be provided 24x7 hours round the clock with water till modified toilet is ready in such committed household.
