1st we have to break the chain by and providing there child hole facility like education shelter and job...for parent we must take some initiative like connect them with clean india campaign and give them some sellary.. gov shold take strict action against to institutionalise begging who forced children and physically fit person for bagging.. gov shuld take permanent solution not temporary like providing them ( kambal and shol) insted of this we must train them how to make it then sell it ..

Beggers are usually found on every railway station, bus stops, temple compounds etc.. Some are physically disabled, some are physically fit but are of old age, some are able to work but forced to beg by some professional beggars. Government should induce NGOs & corporate houses to establish beggars rehabilitation homes and empower those physically fit to cook food for their inmates, cleaning, gardening, weaving bedseets, carpets, khadi clothes etc. Begging should be totally banned ,

Select a zone first , then give them selter afterthat do skill development and trained them to manufacture some handcraft products.But this should be under any company so that they buy products from them.

what if we can inspire some companies to open up a business to provide labor and maid services. and this companies als give accomodation and documentation also work and basic education related training. and whoever company is doing this government can also give them support in a way that "give them tax free enviornment in this business.. If you want to help them then you should create a center name should be "LIFE" and at this center we should try to teach them any kind of skill and try to arrange food and some place for night sleep for few time and after teaching then skill we should try to help them for finding job and once they got job then they will stand on their feet and their life also inspire others and we should also launch a tv series on their life so that their life can inspire others and motivate others . Introduce a system of collecting funds/donations from Tax Payers for which Tax Benefit could be given. Centre should work out a model with support from state Govt's. They can categorize the beggars by Sex or Age and try to understand their strength areas or skill areas. The funds should be used for educating (basic) & self-employment schemes like Tailoring,crafts,agriculture,factory workers etc. For disabled/old beggars join them in Old Age Home or Disabled cares with basic expenses per month
