In order to equip them to look after their needs, it is necessary to impart skills to them. Most of them are unskilled and this makes their rehabilitation in alternative occupations very challenging.

What are the ways in which beggars/ destitutes can be skilled and gainfully employed so that they do not return to begging?

Participants may share success stories, as they may be aware of.

Last date for sending your suggestions is 18th November, 2014.

yes it is very important that they are also the citizen of our nation so they must be live respectable and neat and clean atmosphere. so first they must be identified second they must be classified and then ask about their skilled and remove them from dirty atmosphere and provide them according to their choice, nature and capability. also health check up and provide them medicines, clothes, hut for live in.we can provide them adhar cards and voter cards so they will known as citizen& schooling

1. Take them out from the streets to rehabilitation camp 2. Every city must have at least one rehabilitation camp. 3.Segregate people who are genuinely needy from those who has made it as profession 4. Identify specific skills among genuinely needy and give them training 5. They can be provided very little capital to encourage entrepreneurship 5. Improve their personality through yoga and nationalism 6. All these process should not exceed more than 2months 7. They must be monitored for 1yr.

Bheekh mangna gair kanooni hona chahiye lekin sath hi ye bhi zaroori hai ki unko rojgar, makan aur roti ki vyavastha sarkar dwara ho. matlab ye zaroori hai ki sarkar dwara logo ko itna atma-nirbhar bana diya jaye ki wo apne bal boote par apne parivar ka bharan-poshan kar sake. aur jo log berojgar hai ya jinke paas aajivika ka koi sadhan nahi hai, unko sarkar dwara bhatta etc. dena chahiye taki wo ijjat ke saath apni zindagi guzar sake. lekin Bheekh mangna band hi hona chahiye.

Brilliant Idea !!! But wait Aint we again planning for something, give this free and that free "There is no free lunch" and if again something is given to them or anybody its free ... thats is equal to Begging What if this plan of rehabilitation invovles them as workforce , so that they help in building there houses ofcourse govt. should provide them with resources, if they will help they will end up with not only shelter but also as skilled or unskilled workforce & a house to live .

The Govt / Civil Societies may establish a place like community centres ( Name may be given GARIBALYA ) , where these beggars may be kept . After giving training to them in different trades , as per individual ability , some productive work / task may be given to them under strict monitoring of them. They have also to go under supervision of a psychiatrist / motivator , so they have to know about live with self respect .

sir, a big land should be undertaken where the beggars shold be given shelter those who doesn't have homes to lives. Where they should be trained for several work and provided with work to earn for their livelihood. So,in this way the beggars should be rehabiliated and put to good use. This will also provide skilled labour to the nation.putting this problem for the good of nation.
