In order to equip them to look after their needs, it is necessary to impart skills to them. Most of them are unskilled and this makes their rehabilitation in alternative occupations very challenging.

What are the ways in which beggars/ destitutes can be skilled and gainfully employed so that they do not return to begging?

Participants may share success stories, as they may be aware of.

When Lal bahadur shastri ji was PM, he started 50% concession on air tickets for defence person but now companies have modified it themselves and this concession is only on base fair which hardly matters , this restricts us from using the air service and we dont have so much time to use rail services while travelling from one part of country to other. May i know the reason why that initial policy has been changed.

Modiji Near Red Fort alley and along Rajghat road daily night over 200 to 300 beggars in extremely FILTHY condition stay. Will any NDMC or Social worker look for their plight. Even beggar women sleep under open sky might be sexually exploited for meagre greed. How can India GO clean when thousands of SOMI loiter in DELHI along Yamuna Pushta homeless. Please create Special NDMC Task force to manage in all NDMC zones to help such destitute SOMI (Sons of Mother India)

India has a lot of public places like railway stand, bus stand where beggars often beg. And these places also are very dirty. Government should engage these workers in cleaning of these public places and provide them accommodation as well adequate money to have a respectful and sustainable life.

Hey ! We all critisize the use of crackers during Diwali celebrations, due to their harmful consequences such as -- 1. Air Pollution 2.Sulfur Dioxide, Nitrous Oxides etc. harmful gases released 3.Global Warming 4.Noise Pollution cause difficulty for asthma and Heart patients. But think for a while,MODI JI, the crackers which the party supporters burn after their victory in a state , is that a justified way to celebrate a Victory ? NO ! Politicians shud think of an Alternative way...
