Start with advanced and Intelligent system :-
1)metro connectivity
2)Variable speed limit sign board
3)Keeping main Emergency services in one building i.e to housing Fire department, ambulance and police chowki in the same building will make the system more effective and response time will also increase.
4)Implementation of sensing technology . example Lights get on/off in railway station, footpaths depending upon movement of the people.

The name smart city should be defended with art use of resources, both water and electricity. Once this is done we have judicious use of resourced.
If the water is used con iously we have less sewage output and there by bringing down the burden on waste management.
This will also bring down electricity usage, which gives sustainablity in the long run.

Sir,i have an idea to make transport super cost efficient and very nominal use of electricity as fuel.it will produce lot of electricity too..i mean, concept is,not only transporting people but also generating lots of electricity from it..one time invetment and run a train with very very nominal fuel. I am just making a prototype of it..my concept can reduce use of fuel upto 35-40% of whole india and can generate lots of electricity too.. So,environmental friendly transport to generate electricit

In respect to GST, I want to suggest that, the exemption limit is decided to fixed at rs.20 lacs, but, there should be also limit to be of rs. 50 lacs of turnover, upto which the tax is payable only in case of excess of rs.20 lacs, at present rs.1.50 crores and rs. 4 crores limit fixed n case of excise duty,so that, small taxpayer cannot evade tax, if they come above limit of rs. 20 lacs but not exceeded rs. 50 lacs, they are not require to pay tax from rs.1 of turnover in next year, best wishes
