those organisation which are availaing 80G must particpate in infrastructure development of that place / area.

All corporations are dominated /influenced and runned through understanding of all party politicians through standing commitee,central govt should appoint monitoring agency to assign /monitor and make deviation from the central govt/state govemnt plans and fix responsibility on the concerned officer and politicians for non compliance

(a)Rain water harvesting in each house, roads & public buildings. (b)Solar lighting for houses & rebate for such houses from taxes. (c)Rebate from municipal taxes for growing trees in front of houses/shops so as to promote green cover. (d) All lakes & ponds to be de-silted & rivers to have check dams at every 5-10 km distance to allow percolation of water in the ground water table. (e)Municipal corporations not to dump waste in water bodies. (f)Compulsory cycle in a day. This makes smart cities.

There should be separate commitee/boady to work on Major all cities traffic solutions for next 30 years and cordinate with concerned all departments coz all old cities are congested compared to available space and population and number of vehicles on the roads

Work is not planned and carried out considering next 100 years in mind e. G. Mumbai cat railway built by British, planning has to be very long term requirement, say road widening, parking arrangement, traffic, public transport system

Thanks for choosing mangalore under smart city project.1 wider clean roads with foot paths drainage and planting trees.2 A ring road along the bank of river nethravathy connecting beaches with garden towards mangalore harbor and airport to lessen congestion inside the city.3high tech railway and bus stations. 3 upgradation of NH66 from udupi temple town to kasaragod in kerala. 4 construction of a checkdam near uppinangady on nethravathy river and bring water through gravitation to mangalore TQ.

Sir the money which is given for the development of smart cites that money not completely uesd for the develoment of smart cities and the material used for construction is not good in qualites and shap and design is not a/c to smart view.Then why govt. not thing that they not provide money for the all type of construction they only provide smart construction material to the smart cities teritories.

for smart city the movement of various entities should be either not crossing path or have designated crossover. the pedestrians should move on footpath which should not have encroachments and the roads should have all day parking for trucks and tempos. always have underpass for pedestrians. #MoUD
