Education and sport is also in top 5 public priority list in Citizens priority base table of page 13.But if i am not wrong, it seems that except of said data table,mentioned subject(sports and education) has not given more focus on pasighat smart city draft proposal.So I think ,especially education sector must be given priority as citizens demands and quality education is needs of hours.

In draft smart city,as cities are becoming more congested or crowded,the smart city will try to create areas to reduce congestion,reduce the air pollution from too many vehicles by providing mass transports,mange the resources smart city like water and electricity.

Page no.30 ka photo no.2 me jo dukan dikhai de raha hai woh ek Dustbin hai aur usi dustbin k thik niche ek dukan hai jaha tamulpaan ki bikri hoti hai aur usi dukaan ke aaspaas me sabji ki bhi bikri hoti hai.What I meant is that such practice in our town is unhygenic for customer and such unhygenic practices by shopkeeper and vegetables are due to negligence of concern municipal and market committee.so in smart city proposal draft such matter should be given importance as good health is concern.
