The Third round of Smart City Challenge is started. In order to succeed in Smart City Challenge, once again WE need YOU! Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) proposes to re-engage with its citizens and community groups to give feedback and suggest improvements regarding the selection of the Area Based Development and Pan City with the overall draft Smart City Proposal so that it will help for revising the proposal for Round-3 of the Smart City Mission.

Your participation is important for us!

The draft proposal will be finalized and submitted to MoUD once the citizen feedback on the draft proposal is incorporated.

For a better understanding, a draft Smart City Proposal is attached which explains the Area Based Development and Pan City initiatives, which has been shared at the link given below.

Please share your ideas to make Pasighat – “a Credible Smart City”.

The last date to submit your suggestions / comments is 28th February, 2017.

It would be beneficial if Pasighat focused on developing itself as a Educational as well as a tourist destination. With its vast cultural diversity, it offers a rich experience to anyone who comes for education or a visit.

The recycling plastic is big problem of Government. For this I had one suggestion,In order to make smart city road more durable the Government can use the Recycle bottles, plastic material which is in waste form , The plastic can be melted along with Tar and can be used in construction of road this will help to create more durable road.
