The Third round of Smart City Challenge is started. In order to succeed in Smart City Challenge, once again WE need YOU! Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) proposes to re-engage with its citizens and community groups to give feedback and suggest improvements regarding the selection of the Area Based Development and Pan City with the overall draft Smart City Proposal so that it will help for revising the proposal for Round-3 of the Smart City Mission.

Your participation is important for us!

The draft proposal will be finalized and submitted to MoUD once the citizen feedback on the draft proposal is incorporated.

For a better understanding, a draft Smart City Proposal is attached which explains the Area Based Development and Pan City initiatives, which has been shared at the link given below.

Please share your ideas to make Pasighat – “a Credible Smart City”.

The last date to submit your suggestions / comments is 28th February, 2017.

First of all request to Pasighat Municipal Corporation official to upload all details and presentation of Smart city on their website.All Fake data as usual produce in their presentation.

Need to improve awareness in citizen. While the infrastructure is adequate in certain segments, public awareness is a must to make it realize. Digital signage and other IT driven solutions can be used to increase awareness.

Pasighat has lots of slum areas and wastelands. So city should concentrate more on redevelopment and greenfield development for smart city proposal.

Smart City Pasighat should have All the utilities services underground by provision of various services in "utility Ducts"Water Supply.

My Smart Pasighat "Balanced Development" I wish to develop Backward Area of Pasighat by "Retrofitting" and " New Green Field Area" Development adjoining Backward Area under retrofitting Also to integrate "saing River" to have Best Aesthetics of the City. "siang River Development" A River with Drainage passing through City Center is like nasal flowing from Nose due Common Cold Pasighat have to solve this problem on the way towards "Smart City"
