Despite being a town on its own,Pasighat still has a very rural touch to it.If Smart city proposal is actually going to help make our town a SMART CITY,then its really important that every aspect of it starting from the very basic facilities and services be upgraded and maintained.To address all issues and make a development plan in such a way that it is able to sustain itself in the next many decades without having to compromise on the needs of the next generations.
