Jaipur Municipal Corporation has received overwhelming response from its citizen in smart city suggestions and ideas to improve their city under Smart City Challenge.

As part of citizen engagement & consultation process (for preparation of Smart City Proposal) Jaipur Municipal Corporation organized a wide range of activities - e.g. Ward level consultations, Stakeholders Consultations, Blog writing competition, Logo making competition etc starting from 1stOct 2015 to 30th Nov 2015. Apart from this, other social media tools (Facebook, Twitter, Nagar nigam Website, Smart City Website) used to reach citizens.

Citizen interactions, expert opinions, and deliberations by departments have all contributed to developing this Smart City Proposal. Before the proposal is submitted to MoUD for its kind consideration, all citizens of the city are invited to give their feedback on the proposal developed.

As I am observing ,For widening of roads trees are being cut and flowering trees are being planted but these flowering trees can not control that much pollution as the urban trees . so please do plantation more and more so that Jaipur can never face an environmental problem like Delhi.At least JDA can make plantation along side road in every 15 meters distance.

It is mandatory that the city is neat and clean, which is not possible without active support of citizens. The municipal councillors should organise fortnightly meeting in their respective wards (Not just meeting of their party workers), take suggestions from citizens and should ensure that the suggestions are really implemented. Take a leaf from "Rural Biodiversity programme" of Government of India and replicate it in the city. In order to preserve our heritage

सभी चौराहों में उचित मार्गदर्शन के लिए साइन बोर्ड एवं उस ऐरिया के मकानों के नंबर का भी एक बोर्ड होना चाहिए जिससे आने जाने वाले राहगीरों को परेशानी ना हो

Considering water pollution, I think it is a serious matter to look into it. Aminshah Nalla is crossing every area of Jaipur . Thus, its quality and level of pollution into it will definitely effect most parts of Jaipur. I think if we can somehow start controlling this, we will start adding beauty to jaipur. Level of air/water pollution is inversly proportional to Jaipur beauty/Jaipurites life.

jaipur nagar nigam and JDA jaipur m apsi samiti honi chai. jab bee ksi kam ke liea bat kee jati ha to ak dusri par talta rat ha. jaipur ma badi road par jo side me khali jga hoti hi us jgs ko narsiri walo alot karni chai, jeesi haryali ke sat sat road ki saf safi bee hoti rahigee. es ke lea govt. ko narsiry walo ko jaipur nagar nigam ke standard size, gamle, jaga ki chani suvida ka anusar karni chaia time.

A city which is neat and clean is considered to be one of he best smart city. Currently we are using old aged methods of sending the trucks daily along with crane to collect garbage from road side. As a result on rainy days, that place stinks like anything.
