It is mandatory that the city is neat and clean, which is not possible without active support of citizens. The municipal
councillors should organise fortnightly meeting in their respective wards (Not just meeting of their party workers), take
suggestions from citizens and should ensure that the suggestions are really implemented. Take a leaf from "Rural
Biodiversity programme" of Government of India and replicate it in the city. In order to preserve our heritage

In order to make this city a smart city , government first need to make changes inside there offices such as-
Still in many nagar nigam offices, there is power cut issues for more then one day .There should be adequate power
backups.
For areas where people are applying for any official things such as license or any certificate, user data should be registered
and user should be intimated automatically when to come to collect/submit the desired document.

As we are starting to become a smart city, one key step is to do proper waste management. Currently we take garbage
from one place and dispose it to some other vacant area, which is not good as someday it will become the center of
virus/bacteria and other germs.
Government need to make sure that these wastages are disposed properly and where we are becoming smart city, we
should inherit the most latest technology to dispose or recycle these waste items.
