Jaipur Municipal Corporation has received overwhelming response from its citizen in smart city suggestions and ideas to improve their city under Smart City Challenge.

As part of citizen engagement & consultation process (for preparation of Smart City Proposal) Jaipur Municipal Corporation organized a wide range of activities - e.g. Ward level consultations, Stakeholders Consultations, Blog writing competition, Logo making competition etc starting from 1stOct 2015 to 30th Nov 2015. Apart from this, other social media tools (Facebook, Twitter, Nagar nigam Website, Smart City Website) used to reach citizens.

Citizen interactions, expert opinions, and deliberations by departments have all contributed to developing this Smart City Proposal. Before the proposal is submitted to MoUD for its kind consideration, all citizens of the city are invited to give their feedback on the proposal developed.

It can be clean city to become a smart city my suggestion is that on each road there should be a dustbin side by a road .whashroom should be maked on side of each and every road.

As the cleaning is a important issue for the smart city, therefore:- 1. We may setup the plant to convert the garbage into verminous compost to short out this problem. If you allow ,our representative will explain you process/system to implement the method through PPT. 2. As a social responsibility we can announce the Car Free Day for the Jaipur to reduce the pollution grade in the city limit. Submitted for consideration please.

Considering water pollution, I think it is a serious matter to look into it. Aminshah Nalla is crossing every area of Jaipur . Thus, its quality and level of pollution into it will definitely effect most parts of Jaipur. I think if we can somehow start controlling this, we will start adding beauty to jaipur. Level of air/water pollution is inversly proportional to Jaipur beauty/Jaipurites life
