Karnal City- The city of Danveer Karan, also known as ‘Rice Bowl’. The city falls in NCR Region & lies between Delhi & Chandigarh in Haryana, known for its Rice productions, agriculture implementation industry and leather cluster. The city also hosts many prestigious research institutions such as NDRI, ICAR, NBAGR and Kalpana Chawla Medical College.

Karnal city is one of the two cities in Haryana shortlisted for Smart City Challenge by MoUD, Govt. of India. Municipal Corporation Karnal urges the people to actively participate in finalizing the Smart City Proposal for Round-3 by suggesting comments and changes to be carried out in the draft vision, goals and projects. The attached document contains Draft Smart City Proposal for Karnal Round-3.

The Smart city should have smart connection. Smarty city should be connected to daily commuters, Tourist, Railways, Public safety authorities, shipping ports, Airport, Freight carriers and to government dept. If all this get connected it will make the city more safer, efficient and more mobile world. With leading technology you will connect the machine. Recycling plastic is big problem of Govt. I have one suggestion. In order to make smart city road more durable the Govt. can use the Recycle bottles, chocolate wrapper, plastic bags, broken plastic material which is in waste form. The plastic can be melted along with Tar, asphalt and can be used in construction of road this will help to create more durable roads & will extend the life or Roads, even potholes can be fixed. check this you tube link https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MbgU7Ox4jZM

Education is not major problem if the person is talented. But the motivation from teachers and parents is most important to a student during his childhood. If we teach the subject, we get the skilled persons else the persons to whom the life looks like a question mark. Free wifi areas in market place
