Bilaspur is participating in the third round of the smart city challenge, it is already well established that citizen participation is one of the most important component of the smart city project and to strengthen the proposal for smart city Bilaspur it is now imperative that the citizen participation is overwhelming. In a bid to gather the opinion of the people this is an open discussion where the citizens of Bilaspur are requested to give their suggestions on what according to them are the main sectors/aspects which should be put in focus in the third round of this smart city challenge to make Bilaspur a smart and more livable city.

Hon, PM has great vision and concept of smart city, Business and industries development according to the availability of material of region should be encouraged, further, infrastructure development is very important, road, transport, railway , banking , and other auxillary services should be implement,further,enviroment and pollution free or polution should be under control, while education and health care facilities and availability should be more effective for poor and needy,best wishes

The recycling plastic is big problem of Government. For this I had one suggestion. In order to make smart city road more durable the Government can use the Recycle bottles, plastic material which is in waste form. The plastic can be melted along with Tar and can be used in construction of road this will help to create more durable roads & will extend the life or Roads, even potholes can be fixed by using mixture of tar & recycle plastic Thus Government can solve the problem.

Smart city should have smart building, Complex & smart infrastructures. The energy should be provided form geothermal power from which is renewal energy from earth. All the flats should be connected with optic fiber & with internet connection & should be interlinked with each flat with video door camera. Waste should be collected by underground gas system. The Smart city should have Parking Tower it should be constructed by using new technology it will resolve the parking problem for city, Junctions. Even it can have Car Wash System and Maintenance Department for Cars. The Smart city should have smart connection. Smarty city should be connected to daily commuters, Tourist, Railways, Public safety authorities, shipping ports, Airport, Freight carriers and to government dept. If all this get connected it will make the city more safer, efficient and more mobile world. With leading technology you will connect the machine.
