There should be a long way high quality tight fence or high wall so that people can not jump it and construct a proper way to pass the railway tracks.

On the spot fine collection must be implemented. Railways must appoint persons to impose and collect fine immediately when a person crosses the track. one months time will stop people from doing so atleast in the station surroundings. People give ears only for strong and strict rules.

In Delhi the escalators are designed good gives 2 to 3 steps at the start to put your feet comfortably and then rises whereas in Mumbai at many places including mall & upcoming escalators on railway platforms are very much uncomfortable just the very 1st step rises at the start which for many people including the olds are not easy & accident take place.

India does not need bullet trains. The need is to have fast trains, clean trains, less crowdy trains so that people can like to travel in trains.
