 Section 147 of Railway act prescribes that:-

1. If any person enters upon or into any part of a railway without lawful authority he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may be extended to six months or with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.

Provided that in the absence of special and adequate reasons to the contrary to be mentioned in the judgment of the court, such punishment shall not be less than a fine of five hundred rupees.

2. Any person referred to in sub-section(1) may be removed from the railway by any railway servant or by any other person whom such railway servant may call to his aid.

However, over Indian Railways, especially over suburban sections deaths occur due to trespassing.

Suggest solutions for reducing trespassing of Railway tracks.

Involve people's participation in all developmental activities-construct new railway lines in the region, rly stations (in rly stns construct hotels/restaurants/lodges/malls/IMAX theatres/road transport (driver owner schemes(cabs)),tourist guides,utilizing local people with ample work/jobs by constructing canals/dams/tanks all over region useful for irrigation/provide technology to irrigation,health universities,museums, libraries etc so of most idle youth get jobs,earn money to divert attention

Educating local people about how youth being exploited and deprived of bright future and how they are attracted to perverted speeches for their existence. As they don't have jobs/earnings, they're easily attracted. Involve youth in afforestation, new technology useful for self earnings, improve standard of living/thinking/luxury life/look after parents etc, encourage sports/culture/ involve them in laying roads/constructing dams/ enhance natural resources. Implement stringent rules/punishments.

Clear all the pending projects of railways like, laying of new lines, broad guage,double line,upgradation of junctions, new goods lane/separate dedicated lines. We are operating more trains on same old tracks,when you can run more trains on old tracks,then just think how many more trains we can run, if we increase the width of railway tracks.Set up seperate courts for clearing railway land or any disputes.Start innovation in railway goods transport. Seperate IRCTC web portal on region basis or any to avoid burden on the IRCTC web portal.

On American President;s visit to India, it has become a challenge to heads of both countries, its security personnel. How terrorism born, why it became powerful giving sleepless nights to powerful nations, security personnel, what are its activities etc. To curb terrorism -youth (idle) helping terrorists should be given free education, jobs (Establish automobile/leather goods/cotton/jute industries etc-all mass jobs in J&K), Finance (own shops etc) =remove idleness = No youth help them.

The govt of INDIA must take strict action against Pakistan. As we know everyday pak army violate the ceasefire so INDIA must be BRUTAL against them , hum roz keh dete hain ki " humne MOOH todh jawab diya " but ab waqt aa gya hai ki hum unka ceasefire tode. kab tak hamare JAWAAN shaheed hote rahenge ???????

Railways should have separate functions for infrastructure and operations as is the practice in many western countries.for infrastructure creation, up gradation, upkeep etc .different modes of funding like PPP model,loans,grants can be considered. as also there should be separate project management monitoring and control group so that all projects are completed in time and within costs.

Can we introduce a new system of education in which a child can enjoy. A child should not take studies as a burden.Along with studies Skill Development in schools itself to be introduced to create a feeling of interest among students in their field of interest... Thank you..
