Section 147 of Railway act prescribes that:-

1. If any person enters upon or into any part of a railway without lawful authority he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may be extended to six months or with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.

Provided that in the absence of special and adequate reasons to the contrary to be mentioned in the judgment of the court, such punishment shall not be less than a fine of five hundred rupees.

2. Any person referred to in sub-section(1) may be removed from the railway by any railway servant or by any other person whom such railway servant may call to his aid.

However, over Indian Railways, especially over suburban sections deaths occur due to trespassing.

To make sure all plans and improvements acheive 100 percent target develope a public website showing india map, with drop down list of all projects. when any citizen choosing the project should show the covered area and remaining areas to achieve the targets. So all party members belonging to corresponding area should speed up their measure to achieve the targets. It also a big demonstration for the success of the projects.Expert team also can get suggestion for the slow pace in particular area

Railway fares directly affecting the cost of living in India. So reduced fares means good living condition for Indians.Railways spend lot of money for fuel. If they set up large scale lands for production of bio-fuels to reach at least by 50 percent in their current fuel consumption in current budget will give farmers and our nation big relief from the burden. Develop drought withstanding bio fuel crops, compulsory conversion of unused empty lands for bio fuel production, using drip irrigation etc

Plastic waste from each Train trip : I travelled & observed that 50% of the passengers are throwing plastic covers & plastic boxes outside the train after they ate the food/eatables. As the items thrown are non-bio-degradable, It is going to stay for ever, pollute the soil & make the land unfit for use/cultivation. suggestion is employ a person/train to collect it & recycle instead of getting scattered along the railway track. 40 plastic boxes/per coach. Unimaginable for 1000s of trip per day.

Railways has an excellent opportunity to tap the vast amount of real estate they have. This is especially true of the suburban stations which can be dramatically leveraged, the way railway companies do abroad. Whenever I visit the MRTS stations (for local commute in Chennai), the vast open spaces are a reminder of the failure to use them effectively. The amount of space that can be let out for hoardings is also immense and the fund so raised will be huge

PRIVATE COMPANIES will design and manufacture next generation RAILWAYS HARDWARE (RAIL ENGINE, COACH and WAGON) for the use of current RAILWAYS TRACK (with speed limit less than 220 KM per hour) with better technology and coach interior & Design. A HEALTHY and FAIR competition between RAILWAYS PSU and PRIVAT RAILYS HARDWARE MANUFACTURERS is demand of FUTURE INDIAN RAILWAYS.
