QUALITY OF FOOD served is below standard ,Railway Compartments are neither cleaned from a starting station nor penalty is imposed for making it dirtyThis is so mostly in passenger trains and Intercity Trains of Odisha , it is still worst if you look at the miserable conditions of Rly stns of Odisha and more so in Angul District from where Revenue collection is one of the highestfew stations strong action on feed back from passengers must be a reality.Let it not be confined to speeches only

Premium tatkal and bkg of premium trains must be given on genral counters as it will not allow the explotation of passengers by travell agent as they charge any amount for their services more over uneducated passengers are not able to get the facility of premium tatkal and premium trains and more over agent do not give proper guidence to passenger and give bkg to ony those who pay their muh mangi keemat for their services. More over genral counters must be at par with the irctv counters.

Attitude of officer should be positive towards employees specially commercial dept as minor penalty is impossed if there is any complaint against an employee every complainant makes the sam complaint ie misbhavior which is not correct as commercial clerks are very busy and they do not have time to misbhave

Special rules must be made for the people who are found on the tracks of the railway and decide various fines if they are found crossing the tracks in risky manner.
