Suggest measures to create jobs in rural areas so as to prevent excessive strain on our urban areas and at the same time enhance the development of the villages.

How would creating better employment opportunities in rural areas help stop migration to cities and thus prevent excessive strain on our urban areas at the same time enhancing the development of the villages?

Honourable and respected Prime Minister: Kindly initiate action to ensure that all the sugar factories in the country are operating, at least from the next Season. By this, the entire rural mass will be benefitted, employed and agricultural activities are protected and conversion of land for other purposes will also be curtailed. Also, kindly extend some concessions to sugar factories which are sick, with a condition that they should start operation immediately. Regards

Our majority population is dependent on agricultural so why not focus on this field instead focusing on industrialisation. Because Food is very much essential for living but not industrial products.

The government must create a economic zone each of 25 to 30 acres of land for , which will cover villages of around 20 to 30 kms radius. The government must allow small scale industries in the zone and provide tax and electricity concession. the land under this zone must be deemed converted to Non Agriculture and all approval must come from Collector level itself. This will give big boost to small scale industry begin set up at village area and also need to require large tract of land at place

Acquire non-fertile land or use land associated with UPNEDA like agencies to introduce decentralized power plants (ex. small 10-50KW solar farms) on village/block level. this not only increase power generation but also provide grid-connected on-site zero-lineloss supply to near villages with possibility of 24 hour supply when grid-roasting is applied. in one shot gov will achieve all targets such as 24hour supply, green energy production, zero line loss figures, allover electrification, jobs.

There is a strong opposition for land acquisition bill. In my view if a farmer loose land he becomes handicap. Land is there only asset which can grant them loans from banks. I suggest that if government have to acquire a piece of land then paying money can never fill the loss, so if government can give a permanent job to one family member of a farmer in the same unit for which land is acquired then it will be a popular land acquisition policy. There can be some lower limit of land for job.

Sir, I would like to develop a system and equipment which would help lot of industry to participate in this activity, create lot of jobs in government as well as private sector, make in India project, will also be a part of Swacch Bharat Abhiyan and increase social & economic development. Although this will start with a small sector, will require minimum 1 year to develop, but once developed, the whole country will participate as years pass on. This will be for unorganized hawkers in India.
