National Medical Policy–Medical sector can create many job opportunities in the form of doctors, nurses, lab technicians, pharmacists, etc. India has not exploited medical tourism fully and other countries like Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia and Taiwan are making progress. India badly needs more medical seats in the existing colleges if not new colleges and also develop other skills required. Other infrastructure like hospitals can be initiated by the private sector itself.

Sir Govt decision to allot Railway e ticket booking to Agents and traveling agents is an act to promote the activities of mediators which may not be proved to improve poverty. My suggestion was to allot the frenchigies of only reservation tickets to the person. We can have a rural jobs scheme similar to carbon credit trading. A co or NGO that creates jobs in rural should be able to claiim credits from urban company like IT MNCs etc. The urban co can claim the credits against the 2% CSR requirement, or even claim tax benefits to an equivalent amount. It will have multiple benefits: 1. Enable creation of jobs in rural. 2. Rural cos get funding for their activities leading to job creation 3. Urban cos to get CSR or tax benefits

sir,please establish a company in both public and private sector ,where the companies do agriculture in corporate level in large area. these companies should involve themselves in agriculture .the govt should look in matters of companies.they should use scientific and natural resources. govt should ensure that there are no illegal activities in the name of agriculture
