To promote more economic activities in rural India, more resources including land are required. More economic activities would lead to better job opportunities. SCRAP LAND ACQUISITION BILL DUE TO ADVERSE PERCEPTION CREATED BY THE OPPOSITION PARTIES AMONG THE PUBLIC AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT BEING ANTI-FARMER. INSTEAD CREATE A LAND BANK. GIVE PEOPLE A VOLUNTARY OPTION TO SELL EXCESS/UNPRODUCTIVE LAND FOR A MARKET DRIVEN PRICE. Such pools of lands can be used for rural projects to generate jobs.
